General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service without notice at any time.
The terms of service are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Prices for service and products are subject to change without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Network Support
Prologic Technology Services LLC’s members and contractors will make their best efforts to troubleshoot and resolve internet connection issues. It is our responsibility to install and maintain an internet connection from a managed in-home router through to the internet. Support for connectivity issues will be serviced on a first come first serve basis. No guarantee is made on timeframes or repair time for outages, but we will make best effort possible to resolve any issues. We are not responsible for troubleshooting customer applications or services outside our network. These include, but are not limited to, video streaming platforms (EX Netflix, Hulu, etc), VPN services, and gaming services. We will reasonably troubleshoot issues with these services to ensure the issue does not reside in our network. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Equipment Support
Equipment provided by Prologic Technology Services LLC will be installed, maintained and updated by our staff and contractors. Equipment provided can include, but not limited to, outdoor radios and antennas, equipment enclosures, network routers and switches, in-home wireless routers, ethernet cable, surge protectors and power supplies. Equipment failure due to normal wear-and-tear, manufacture fault, or environmental issues will be replaced by us at no charge to the customer. Equipment fees for damaged equipment are the responsibility of the customer, if deemed by us, that the equipment damage was intentional or accidental cause by either the customer or a 3rd party. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, cable damage by lawn care, factory resetting equipment, intentional physical damage, 3rd party installers or contractors for other services removing equipment or cable. Equipment replacement fees will be assessed at the time of replacement and will be within reason of market prices at that time.

Breaking the AUP can result in termination of service.
Late Payment and Suspension policy
In the event a customer fails to pay their bill, service will be suspended 15 days after the due date of their invoice. We will attempt to contact any customer that is late on payment to resolve the situation. Service will be reactivated upon receiving payment in full.
Payment For Service
Our services are invoiced backwards, or postpaid. Payment for service will be due on the 1st of each month. Invoice will be sent by registered email 5 days prior to due date. Auto-payment with credit card through the customer portal is encouraged. Installs occuring not on the 1st of the month will be prorated, and installation fee will be included in 1st invoice.
